“I am an experienced Legal Licenses (Liquor Licenses, COA, Environmental Rights and
Water Use) and Authorization Advisor, Health & Safety, and Legal Compliance Specialist
with more than twenty years of cross-sector experience in legal practice, environmental
and occupational health legislation, organizational risk management, and compliance
system development. Having served as an attorney, HSE auditor, branch manager, and
director, I have led governance and compliance initiatives across construction,
manufacturing, hospitality, agriculture, environmental management, and various
corporate and public-facing environments. I combine strong regulatory and operational
expertise with a people-centered approach, integrating identity and value-driven
coaching to strengthen ethical culture, accountability, and organizational resilience.
My academic background—including a Master of Laws in Environmental Law, a Bachelor
of Laws, and postgraduate qualifications in Practical Theology and Pastoral Care—
enables me to align legislative requirements with behavioral change and organizational
development. Throughout my career, I have developed governance frameworks, drafted
policies and operational procedures, conducted comprehensive legal and HSE audits,
and implemented sustainable compliance structures for diverse entities. I bring a
balanced governance perspective grounded in legal rigor, practical risk insight, and
human development, positioning me to support governance initiatives aimed at elevating
compliance maturity, ethical leadership, and organizational integrity across both public
and private sectors.
